With 100+ locations and over 400 OB / GYNs and specialists across the country, Women’s Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.
The Chief of Staff, Operations will play a critical role in overseeing and driving the operational effectiveness of the organization across its entire network.
This role will focus on enterprise-wide operational logistics, including clinic moves, openings / closures, the development of management tools and metrics, and fostering seamless communication between departments.
As a right-hand to the SVP of FL Operations, this individual will also assist in leadership development strategies, identify growth opportunities, and support the organization’s business development initiatives.
The Chief of Staff, Operations will act as a key liaison for outside clinics and hospitals as directed, working closely with internal teams, including the PMO to implement enterprise-level projects and ensure organizational alignment.
Metric Management and Operational Logistics : Track and implement enterprise-wide operational metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Build tools to monitor practice performance and identify areas for operational improvement. Analyze data trends to make strategic recommendations for efficiency gains and growth.
Champion new clinic launch process, and clinic moves across the organization. Oversee operational transitions during expansions, consolidations, or relocations.
Document and document standardized processes to streamline clinic operational logistics.
Communication Infrastructure Development : Improve communication structures to enhance interdepartmental collaboration.
Implement communication protocols and technologies to support information flow across the enterprise. Work closely with leadership to ensure messaging and priorities are clearly communicated throughout the organization.
Develop and maintain the Operations SharePoint : keep current with new process / workflows, and all educational content.
Implement programs with the SVP OPS to foster talent growth, and further develop our Women’s Care Practice Management Playbook.
As well support continue build of our freedom with framework infrastructure.
Interdepartmental and Relationship Management : Lead the coordination of new programs across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Work with cross-functional teams to drive successful program implementation and execution. Act as a central point of contact for interdepartmental operations projects, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Serve as the point of contact for external clinics, hospitals, and healthcare partners as directed. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support the organization’s goals and growth initiatives.
Business Growth and Program Management : Assist in identifying new business growth and development opportunities, conducting research and analysis as needed.
Support strategic planning initiatives aimed at expanding the organization’s footprint and market presence. Work closely with external partners, clinics, and hospitals systems as the main contact for new projects.
Oversee enterprise-wide operational projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Act as key support, and right hand to the SVP OPS, helping prioritize initiatives, manage workflows, and ensure execution.
Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and assist in troubleshooting challenges.
Other : Demonstrate and embody the Women’s Care mission and core values. Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in operations management within a healthcare or physician practice environment.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale operational projects, including clinic openings, relocations, or closures.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing and managing operational metrics.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving team performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
