Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement global compensation strategies and competitive programsOversee executive compensation packages and manage equity and bonus programsLead global benefits management and ensure compliance with local statutory requirementsRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
Master's degree or relevant certifications preferredMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in global total rewards, including executive compensationExperience working in a global capacity with knowledge of compensation practices in multiple countriesExtensive experience with Oracle and Paylocity HRIS systemsStrong benefits management experience, including managing a global benefits team
