Event ManagerStars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team!They will be an inspiration that motivates and educates their team to execute events to the highest level of guest service while creating lasting memories for our guests.
Our Event Manager oversees the execution of all events following Stars and Strikes’ processes and guest service standards.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and guest service. They must enjoy the fast-paced excitement that comes with coordinating, executing, and then following-up on events.
What we’re looking for : Experience in a high-volume environmentProven leadership experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organizational and time management skillsExperience in Hospitality and / or Food & Beverage is a plusMust be able to work weekends and holidaysResponsibilities : Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support Event and Birthday HostsInteract with every parent and serve as the point of contact for all partiesResponsible for the successful execution of all parties and eventsEstablish rapport with meeting planners while promoting Stars and Strikes servicesMonitor, replenish, and update marketing materials this includes printed and digital collateralManage an inventory of event suppliesWhy join our team?
