Gallagher Promotional Products provides promotional materials and advertising specialties to businesses that include automotive dealers, schools, churches, real estate agencies, associations, marketing agencies and retail stores.
We currently have customers in all 50 states and many foreign countries.
Our products range from industry-specific items for the automotive industry to products like flags, balloons, banners, and signs used by any business.
In addition, there are more than 600,000 advertising specialty products available that can enhance our client's brand identity.

Job Summary
Responsible for processing orders and fulfilling customer needs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Duties include answering telephone and internet inquiries and promoting organization’s products and services;
researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction; and fulfilling requests for marketing materials and some sales.
J ob Functions
This position is responsible for performing a variety of functions including, but not limited to :
- Answers inbound calls
- Processes sales orders
- Researches customer requests
- Effectively utilizes system software for orders and customer record management
- Researches, resolves and documents customer complaints
- Provides timely response to all inquiries (phone, email and internet)
- Fulfills catalog requests and other sales-related correspondence
- Supports and assists sales team as needed
- Supports management personnel with administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Must have excellent phone skills
- Be a self-starter as well as self-motivated
- Have excellent relationship building skills
- Highly organized and can work efficiently
- Experience with Outlook and CRM’s helpful but not required
- Ability to learn and retain a lot of information quickly and efficiently
- Comfortable with a computer and multiple screens
- Problem solver who doesn’t get flustered when customers have a concern or issue
- Team Player with an unshakeable positive attitude
