Job Description

  • Lead and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and healthcare facility staff, to ensure project success.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, including ICRA guidelines, to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying and addressing any issues or delays as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations and guidelines, including ICRA protocols, throughout the construction process.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients, communicating project milestones, challenges, and resolutions effectively.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on healthcare projects.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare facility regulations and guidelines, including ICRA protocols.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (preferred).
