Business & Real Estate Transactional Associate :
Brown & Streza is seeking an associate attorney to work in a collaborative environment on business and real estate matters.
This position offers the opportunity to frequently interact with business owners and high-net-worth individuals and work on complex transactions.
The ideal candidate will have experience with business transactional matters.
Responsibilities and Duties Include :
- Forming and maintaining business entities
- Advising clients regarding issues involving real estate, corporate governance, tax, and business succession planning
- Representing clients in mergers & acquisitions and financings
- Drafting and negotiating various agreements
Requirements :
- J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the California Bar
- Strong drafting skills
- Highly team-oriented

Salary :
$145,000 - $195,000 base salary (dependent on experience and billing rates)
