Senior Program Manager

Must-haves
- Bachelor's degree
- Local to Minneapolis, MN and willing to work onsite in a hybrid model 2-3x a week
- 7+ years of experience as Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, or Project Manager in a large, matrixed organization
- Strong financial experience and acumen
- Strong communication skills, eager, and comfortable engaging with IT and business leaders
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Effective collaboration with senior leadership and cross functional teams
Plusses
- PMP or equivalent certification
- RFP experience

Insight Global is seeking an experienced versatile Portfolio Manager / Project Manager local to Minneapolis, MN willing to work in a hybrid model 2-3x a week onsite in Arden Hills or Maple Grove.
In this role, you will engage regularly with Leadership across the Cardiology and Peripheral Interventional. Key responsibilities include driving and managing PMO best practices, financial management, and program / project management activities.
At times the role may require the candidate to flex roles / responsibilities to fill in team gaps serving in other capacities.
The ideal candidate will have a go-getter mentality, thrive in ambiguity, must be willing to learn, adapt and be highly accountable.
