We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer, licensed in the state of Hawaii, to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental impact analyses.
  • Prepare and review engineering designs, plans, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, other engineers, and stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Oversee construction activities, including site inspections and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

EDUCATION / TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Hawaii.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

LOCATION : Honolulu, HI

SALARY RANGE : $100,000 $140,000 per year depending on experience
