This role offers flexible scheduling options, including both full-time and part-time positions, with shifts available across all hours.
The positions include weekend and holiday rotations.Key Responsibilities : * Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor residents' health conditions.* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Adapt to the changing needs of residents and the environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.* Exhibit leadership qualities and a positive attitude while working as part of a team.
- Requirements* Licensure : Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio.* Experience : Previous experience in long-term care is preferred.
- Skills : Strong assessment skills, ability to work effectively in a changing environment, teamwork, positive attitude, and leadership qualities are essential.
