About The Position
Job Title : Radiologic Technologist Job Specialty : Imaging and Diagnostic Imaging Job Duration : Full-Time Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday;
may be asked to work one weekend day every few weeks. Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week Experience : Preferred 2 years of full-time Radiologic Technologist experience License : Valid ARRT registration and state license Certifications : COVID-19 Vaccinations + Booster, Current Flu Vaccine Must-Have : - Hospital or Surgical Center experience - Experience with OR Imaging and Diagnostic Imaging - Cannot have worked perm / travel for any affiliated facility within the past year Job Description : - Perform high-quality diagnostic procedures, applying principles of radiation protection to minimize exposure to patients.
- Maintain knowledge of universal precautions and other safety precautions. - Communicate effectively with patients to obtain important clinical information, instruct the patient, relieve anxiety, and gain cooperation.
- Exhibit excellent guest relations skills and provide superior customer service. - Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills. - Function effectively under fast-paced and often stressful conditions.
