Job Description

Key Responsibilities include the following :

  • Assist in developing business with asset managers and asset owners across all aspects of asset servicing including fund administration, loan administration, custody and outsourcing.
  • Working independently & owning the sales cycle from lead generation to closure of deals.
  • Create a prospect list and develop strategies to effectively engage those prospects.
  • Efficient use of Salesforce - log prospective clients, key influencers and logging of meeting notes.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and new products.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;

participating in Industry & Professional bodies.

  • Gather market insights and work closely with Product Development to ensure our offering is market leading.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Line of Business Heads, Marketing and Operations team members.
  • Contribute to the team effort and work on special projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience working at a similar level in Financial Services or Fund Administration more broadly, with an interest in moving into business development.
  • Knowledge of cash management services and products including collections, payments, account structures and liquidity management.
  • Previous experience with alternative asset managers, banking platforms, FX and / or global markets solutions favourable.
  • Technical understanding of alternative investment types, structures and market participants.
  • Experience working in a client facing capacity within financials services, consultancy or fintech.
  • Deep understand of client requirements from a treasury, banking perspective and FX perspective, as well as strong knowledge of the product sets and platforms in this space.
  • Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives, both internally and externally.
