Job Overview
This integrator is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to lead the installation of integrated residential and commercial technology systems.
This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and exceptional craftsmanship to deliver reliable, user-friendly systems on time and within budget for their clients.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and supervising all aspects of the installation process, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
This role also offers a clear pathway to career growth, with the potential to transition into a Key Account Manager position.

Responsibilities
- On-Site Management : Oversee on-site activities throughout all phases of installation and configuration of integrated residential and commercial technology systems.
- Communication : Effectively communicate project needs, change requests, issues, and status updates to relevant stakeholders
- Service Delivery : Initiate service delivery by studying system requirements, gathering necessary components and parts, completing installations, and conducting acceptance testing
- Documentation : Accurately document service and installation activities by completing logs and reports, maintaining confidentiality to ensure customer confidence
- Team Leadership : Plan, organize, and direct the work of Field Technicians to achieve project objectives, ensuring efficiency, quality, and craftsmanship
Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Experience with Control4 is a plus
- Residential and Commercial experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Exemplary customer service skills coupled with a positive attitude
- A valid Driver’s License and a vehicle for travel to and from job sites
Physical Demands
Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting up to 80 lbs

Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000 Based on Experience
