Overview :

The MSP Program Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the successful delivery of multiple projects within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) program.

They are responsible for ensuring that all projects align with the organization's strategic objectives and deliver value to both the client and the MSP.

This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the effective utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and implementation of MSP program projects
• Develop and manage the program's budget, ensuring financial targets are met
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, structure, and governance
• Monitor and report on program performance, identifying and addressing areas of improvement
• Manage and mitigate program risks and issues
• Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards
• Drive the continuous improvement of program management processes and methodologies
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and presentations to keep them informed and engaged
• Implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and technologies
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for program expansion and growth
• Participate in the development of proposals, statements of work, and contract negotiations

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• PMP or PgMP certification is preferred
• Proven experience managing large, complex MSP programs
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and client management
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
• Excellent understanding of program management methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency in risk management and problem-solving
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills
• Ability to drive organizational change and foster innovation
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Experience in the technology or IT services industry is advantageous
• Knowledge of MSP-related tools and platforms
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes within MSP programs
• Ability to travel as required to client locations
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
