This is a seven day a week operation, so the schedule would include at least one weekend day. This is a management salaried year-round position.

What you'll do :
- Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills so that all guest experiences are exceptional.
- Guaranteeing that client catering expectations are met and exceeded through impeccable organization and flawless execution at every event.
- Recruit, hire and train a permanent and on-call catering team.
- Manage all billing of catering events.
- Aid in general location management as part of the SAGE management team.
- Develop strong client and guest relationships.
- Communicate clearly, professionally and effectively.
- Maintain all HACCP standards.
- Create a positive team environment.
- Follow and ensure SAGE standards and uphold SAGE mission.
What you'll need :
- Minimum three years hands-on catering experience.
- Knowledge of all things catering : set ups, menu process and client meetings.
- High energy, positive attitude and superior ethics.
- Candidate must be dynamic, outgoing, and friendly.
- Ability to plan and organize with proficiency.
- Proven familiarity with costing / billing and banquet event orders.
- Catering background a must, culinary background a plus.
- Outstanding guest service skills.
- Fluency in sanitation and safety standards.
- Superior computer skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Current ServSafe® certification, as well as local health department certification, where required.
