We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will help us grow our customer base in any area of Chicago, resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities :
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Daily and weekly communication with accounts
- Schedule inspections for accounts
- Manage online accounts; place prices, counter offers, sell inventory
- Attend monthly sales meetings over Zoom
- Drive to recruit new accounts
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is a must
- Previous experience in the auto industry is a huge plus!
- Familiarity with data entry, online portals, email correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- People person, both in person and over the phone / text.
