Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliancewith accounting standards, and the maintenance of financial integrity.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financialstatements, providing insightful analysis and ensuring timely reporting.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance on bestpractices, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the team's professionaldevelopment.
- Manage and coordinate the annual audit process, collaborating withexternal auditors to ensure a smooth and timely audit, while addressing anyaudit-related inquiries or findings.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in accounting or finance roles.
