Soliant Education is seeking dedicated and passionate Special Education Teachers to join a school district in the Glendale, WI area for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year.

Job Details :
- Position : Special Education Teacher
- Location : Glendale, WI area
- Type : Full-time
- Start Date : Beginning of 24 / 25 SY
- End Date : End of 24 / 25 SY
- Hours : 37.5 hours / week
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective instruction in self-contained or resource classroom settings.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student success.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related services staff, and parents to support student learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed to ensure academic and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student performance and IEP goals.
Qualifications :
- Valid Wisconsin Special Education teaching certification.
- Must have obtained, or be currently obtaining ASD credential
- Experience working with students with diverse disabilities and behavioral needs.
- Strong understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
