What you will gain from this experience

During our 10-week Summer Associate Internship Program, beginning in June 2025, you will gain a basic understanding of the Investment Banking business through immersive training, participating in an array of exciting projects and initiatives.

In this program you will explore the professional world supported by two pillars : practice and teamwork.

The 2025 Summer Associate Program is for Master of Business Administration (MBA) students with an expected graduation date of May / June 2026.

Based in New York (NY), Los Angeles (CA), or San Francisco (CA), you will become part of an international business working with teams across different geographies.

The base pay range for this position is $175,000 annually, pro-rated for the duration of the summer. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

This program will provide the skills and experience to become a thoughtful, strategic advisor. You’ll learn the nature of client service and how we build long-term relationships by putting their needs first, while developing the technical acumen to launch a career in banking.

What we are looking for

Master of Business Administration (MBA) students with an expected graduation date of May / June 2026.

3+ years of prior work experience.

Highly motivated and results oriented with a desire to exceed expectations.

Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage in their leadership style.

Crisp communication skills with the ability to express facts and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing, interacting professionally, transparently, and effectively with people at all levels.

Strong English communication skills both written and spoken required, foreign language skills are a plus.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Strong critical thinking with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges.

Ability to multi-task as required.

Ability to work independently on special projects.

Ability to effectively contribute in a team environment.

Working Conditions : Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
