Position Overview : As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between our customers and the service team, ensuring a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers warmly and listen to their service needs
- Communicate effectively with customers on repair and maintenance options
- Provide cost estimates and timelines for recommended services
- Coordinate with technicians to relay accurate information and updates
- Schedule and follow up on service appointments
- Maintain comprehensive records of service history
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
- Promote dealership services and upsell relevant products
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems is a plus
- Proficiency with dealership management software
- High level of motivation, reliability, and professionalism
