We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a valid insurance property and casualty license and a proven track record in sales.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of insurance products and sales processes.

Responsibilities :
- Monitor daily sales activities, including tracking metrics, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Resolving escalated customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to succeed.
- Listen to phone calls and conduct regular performance evaluations to identify strengths and areas of improvement.
- Manage team schedules, manage PTO requests, and ensure adequate coverage.
- Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded by the team.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Attend weekly management meetings to discuss agency goals and address agency performance and receive weekly training.
Qualifications :
- Valid insurance property and casualty license.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
