Job Title : Technical Accounting Senior Manager
Location : Springdale AR
Duration : 12months
- Job Description;
- Conduct technical accounting research and analyze complex GAAP standards.
- Write detailed accounting memos documenting conclusions and recommendations.
- Simplify complex topics for effective communication with both accounting and nonaccounting stakeholders.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide accounting insights and support.
- Manage multiple shortterm projects while exceeding established goals.
- Maintain and enhance technical accounting knowledge and skills.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
- 7 years of experience in technical accounting including experience writing accounting memos.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook.
- Familiarity with SAP and Power BI preferred.
- Excellent written presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamoriented mindset with the ability to work independently and selfmotivate.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse groups across various levels of the organization.
Skills :
- Strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Ability to research and interpret complex accounting standards.
- Experience communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
