Internship Program Overview :

At Netsmart our internship program is called our "Futures Program" because we truly believe that you are our FUTURE. This program will be a 8- week program based at the Netsmart in Overland Park, Kansas.

The FUTURES Program includes a balance between on-the-job learning, hands on client-based work, professional development opportunities, leadership exposure and several social / networking events throughout the summer.

If you aren't local to the Kansas City metro, are we will have housing options for you available (certain criteria will have to be met to qualify for housing).

Operations Analyst Future Position Overview :

As an Operations Analyst in the Client Experience Organization, you will participate in improving and providing clients with a seamless experience in their interactions with Netsmart.

You will participate in monitoring clients through each phase in the client lifecycle, help manage real-time client feedback, and assist in strategic initiatives.

You will learn how to work through internal reporting, identify process improvements, build client engagements all while working and communicating cross functionally.

Requirements :

• Was a Prior Future (Intern) with Netsmart Summer 2024
• Anticipated graduation date of : Dec. 2025, May 2026, Dec. 2026, May 2027
• Working towards a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Effective and efficient communication skills and be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.

Preferred :

Data analytical skills or experience in Power BI
