Internship Program Overview :

At Netsmart our internship program is called our "Futures Program" because we truly believe that you are our FUTURE. This program will be a 8- week program based at the Netsmart in Overland Park, Kansas.

The FUTURES Program includes a balance between on-the-job learning, hands on client-based work, professional development opportunities, leadership exposure and several social / networking events throughout the summer.

If you aren't local to the Kansas City metro, are we will have housing options for you available (certain criteria will have to be met to qualify for housing).

Sales Operations Analyst Future

The Sales Operations team is responsible for streamlining and optimizing various aspects of the sales process. This team works closely with internal stakeholders, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales cycle.

This could include our Price Desk (creation of quotes for deals, margin analysis and more), Sales Reporting (working within salesforce, metrics, and pipeline potential), and our sales compensation team (compensation and sales organization structure.

They work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, manage crucial aspects of the sales process, and utilize Salesforce's capabilities to optimize sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities :

Anticipated graduation date of : Dec. 2025, May 2026, Dec. 2026, May 2027

Proactively identify data quality and sales workflow gaps and offer solutions to mitigate the issue to improve the overall quote-to-cash process.

Prepare meeting agenda and post-meeting summary and action items.

Drive standardization of sales workflow through research and documentation.

Salesforce account and opportunity mapping, data maintenance, and sales metrics reporting.

Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.

Maintain pricing documents and support ad hoc pricing projects.

Maintain sales commission monthly reference files using offline Excel and Spiff.

Participate in SyncWEEK planning and support the actual event in July 2024.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills; MS Teams proficient

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable working with numbers and data.

Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.

Preferred

Experience with operational analysis including data collection, reporting and analytics.
