Education :
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience :
2 to 5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, with a focus on digital marketing and analytics.

Responsibilities :
- Optimize the on-site search experience using Algolia’s search platform features, including redirects, synonyms, rules, boosting, and pinning.
- Analyze and report on search data using Adobe Analytics to generate insights into consumer and market trends.
- Educate cross-functional teams on best practices for search tools.
- Collaborate with various teams to better understand customer behavior and enhance their experience.
- Work with merchandising, project management, and design teams to improve the overall shopping experience.
- Continuously monitor and optimize recommendations based on user behavior, preferences, and historical data.
- Implement A / B testing to refine recommendation algorithms and improve performance.
Physical Requirements & Attendance :
- Maintain acceptable hearing and vision levels to perform job duties.
- Adhere to company work hours, policies, and professional conduct standards.
- Regular attendance is required.
