Kitchen & Food Prep Position
- Following recipes accurately and maintaining food preparation processes such as cooking, marinating, seasoning and slicing fruits & vegetables
- Completing hot and cold food preparation assignments accurately, neatly and on time
- Preparing food throughout the shift as needed
- Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistently monitoring par levels on the line
- Maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food
The ideal candidate will :
- Have the ability to speak clearly and listen to guests and other Team members
- Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Be able to exhibit a positive vibe and respectful attitude
- Be cool when the line gets long
- Know our menu
- Have the ability to be cross-trained and the willingness to do it

Part and full-timepositions are available between 7 : 00 am to 10 : 00pm, 7 days a week, so we'll try to work around your schedule .
Work Environment :
- Move throughout the restaurant for extended periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)
- Move 25 lbs. for distances of up to 50 feet
- Understand & respond to team members and guests requests in a busy & loud environment
- Bend, stoop, and reach in order to load ovens, stock shelves, refrigerator / freezers, serve guests & clean the restaurant.
