Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate in bid preparation and negotiation with customers, suppliers, and international agents.
- Support sales campaigns and events with local and overseas partners.
- Coordinate sales visits domestically and internationally to foster business growth.
- Strategically manage personal business portfolio in alignment with market strategy.
- Conduct joint sales visits with colleagues.
- Promptly respond to and follow up on sales inquiries and leads.
Client and Supplier Management
- Manage allocated clients, surpassing set targets using established tools.
- Facilitate onboarding processes with internal teams and uphold standard operating procedures.
- Conduct weekly follow-ups with new clients post-shipment.
- Disseminate contract information to all concerned parties.
- Ensure professional and responsible execution of client entertainment activities to uphold Traffic Tech’s reputation.
- Address customer requests promptly and uphold service level agreements.
Administration
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales activity reports.
- Participate in meetings with the US sales team.
- Engage in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications & Experience :
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in sales within transportation / logistics (3PL experience preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Tenacious and disciplined with a tactful approach.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Vibrant personality with high energy and adaptability.
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of collaborative work.
- Experience engaging with C-suite executives is advantageous.
