Are you an organized and experienced leader with a passion for supporting small businesses? Join a growing CPA firm as an Administrative Manager and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and client success.

Essential Duties and Functions :

  • Oversee client onboarding for small businesses, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Manage support staff, including part-time tax preparers and front desk personnel, to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to implement and improve administrative processes.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a client-facing administrative role, ideally in a small business or professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing support staff.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with a proven track record of multitasking and managing priorities.
  • Experience in a CPA firm or a similar business setting is a plus.
