Requirements :
- At a minimum, will have a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution. The government will NOT accept years of experience as a substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
- Must have a minimum of 15 years of documented, relevant experience applicable to this program, sufficient to communicate, direct, counsel, and evaluate subordinate staff, develop processes, and recommend program improvements.

The program director is the person responsible and accountable for the overall execution and administration of the program and will serve as the primary point of contact for the government.
