Position Overview

Join our dynamic sales team at SEEN as a National Account Director ! In this pivotal role, you will be the primary liaison between our company and our esteemed national agency advertising partners, serving as an ambassador for our innovative out-of-home advertising solutions.

By blending your sales expertise with a deep understanding of client needs, you'll actively manage and expand accounts while collaborating with a dedicated team to redefine urban advertising landscapes with captivating campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an integral part of our team, helping clients build their brands and businesses.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships by leveraging unique asset offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Independently manage time, travel, and resources to maximize sales calls.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements to prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of advertisements.
  • Utilize our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities.
  • Identify business leads and trending products.
  • Conduct research and prospect new clients while proposing targeted marketing leads based on their needs.
  • Target industries for annual, seasonal, and short-term advertising buys.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts to achieve win-win results.
  • Manage, maintain, and grow the current client base.
  • Maintain excellent relationships both externally and internally.
  • Review space availability for clients as requested and follow up with detailed proposals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Out-Of-Home (OOH), Digital, or Broadcast media is a plus.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communicator with superior written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and translate client needs into viable media plans.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to assess unfamiliar situations and offer creative solutions quickly.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and demanding environments.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
