We are currently searching for an experienced Warranty Manager to handle multiple franchises. This position can be executed remotely most of the time .

Responsibilities
Ensure assigned dealerships are paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on each claim
Coordinates with service management team and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts
Communicates with service management and service advisors to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectations
Prepares, reviews, and processes all warranty claims
Keep abreast of all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures
Maintain manufacturer training requirements for all assigned franchises
Qualifications
At least two years of experience in a similar position, and knowledge of automotive parts and service.
Experience with multiple franchises
Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
Must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills
Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
