Clinical Trials Payment Coordinator
Currently I have an opening for a Clinical Trials Payment Coordinator (Remote) . Details for the position are as follows :
Job Description :
- Knowledge of clinical site payments and provide support for US and rest of the world site payment-related activities.
- Support a site payment system migration, configure site payment templates for site budgets, and load information into various payment systems.
- Set up vendor / site information in payment systems and perform data entry as needed.
- Review, track, and perform quality data checks on investigator site payment information.
- Work within multiple payment systems to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure compliance with payment processes and regulations.
- Reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency and demonstrate strong organization and communication skills.
- HSD with 3 years, AS with 2, or BS / MS with 1 year of experience in clinical trial payments / site payments and payment reconciliations, experience with Greenphire (eClinicalGPS) is a plus! Bilingual candidates (Spanish / English) also a plus!
Technical Information :
- Pay : $25-28.45 hourly, depending on experience level
- 9-month contract with potential for extension / conversion
- Remote, EST hours
