Overview
- Schedule, attend and participate in project meetings between internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Organize, track, draft, and maintain program and project documentation and presentations. Meeting Coordination :
o Coordinate creation of meeting across multiple calendars.
o Create and distribute meeting agenda.
o Meeting notes and minutes. Monitoring and updating project schedules and dates for capital projects :
o Monitor upcoming date reminder
o Prep Project Manager for monthly review
o Maintain schedules
o Set up new P6 schedules with Scheduler
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide updates and address concerns.
- Prepare project correspondences.
- Follow-up with necessary parties who are assigned project tasks and / or responsibilities.
- Generate reports.
- Proxy for other departmental project coordinators.

Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma.
- Requires 5+ years' experience in supporting manager(s).
- 1+ years' experience supporting projects and / or project manager(s) within any of the following industries :
o Construction
o Utility
o Engineering
o Project Management
Ability to type fast ( >
65 WPM).
Proficient in Microsoft office platforms.
o Strong in Outlook (calendaring).
o Strong in PowerPoint.
o Proficient in Excel : Formatting, basic formulas, pivot tables, and graphsSyntax, Macros and VBA, desired
- Experience with SAP, SharePoint, and PowerBI, desired.
- Any technical skills like when it comes to technology and web programming, desired.

Wage Data Per State Requirements
Salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
