This procurement lead role focuses primarily on managing indirect spend categories including IT, office supplies, travel, uniforms, cellular services, and HR contracts.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, and optimize competitive positioning.
Foster strategic supplier relationships to achieve cost-effective solutions aligned with business goals.
Monitor and optimize supplier performance to address service and quality issues.
Drive Supplier Relationship Management activities to mitigate risks and enhance performance.
Achieve savings and value targets through cost reduction and avoidance.
Negotiate supplier agreements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Economics.
3-5 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management experience, focusing on indirect categories.
Strong project management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Up to 10% travel may be required.
