Role Overview

As a Vivia caregiver, you will provide one-on-one support in multiple clients' homes, using a company car to travel within two neighborhoods.
Duties may include, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, meal prep, med reminders, etc. We prioritize reliability and support from our Vivia team leaders.
This role offers full time 40 hours per week at $22 per hour .
The initial 90-day probation period pays $21 / hour and will increase to $22 / hour afterwards*
Requirements
- Current and valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Valid drivers license and comfortable driving around Island
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR and First-Aid certification (must not be online certification).
- Experience in the healthcare or home care setting is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is a must (company car provided for work-related travel).
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Health Clearance / Physical Exam within the last year.
- Proof of 2-Step and current TB clearance (within the last year).
- Must possess a smartphone and access email.
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a medical or religious exemption.
