Insurance Services AdministratorThe Insurance Service Administrator (ISA) role requires an individual who is professional and courteous, and who displays drive, determination, pro-activity and self-motivation.
With a positive attitude, the ISA will provide a high level of support to the local team and clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues, resulting in a rate of account retention that meets or exceeds expectations
- Provides a high level of support to our Client Relationship Management staff including :
- Issue and forward evidence of insurance to lending institutions.
- Issue and forward auto ID cards to insureds.
- Process online payments to carriers.
- Photocopying, Printing, Scanning, Data Entry
- Update client data in our Agency Management System
- Adhere to all Agency systems, procedures, and state regulations.
- Cross Training on processes and systems as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent; AA and / or college degree preferred
- Superior customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written Englishmunication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency withputer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems
- Ability to work and contribute to a positive team environment
- Ability to work in HUB office, remote or hybrid unavailable
- Organizational skills required and high attention to detail essential
- Must be in office Monday through Friday with a weekly schedule anywhere between 30-40 hours.

Required Experience : 1-2 years of relevant experience
Required Travel : No Travel Required
Required Education : High school or equivalent
