2 Brothers Moving & Delivery has an opportunity for a full-time Office Manager who is especially skilled in HR & office organization.

As the hub of the office the ideal candidate will help our growing company add head count while keeping the gears of the office running smoothly.

Role (duties) :

This role will be asked to do the following functions on a regular basis :

Bookkeeping & Administration (30%) - Accountable to consistent data reliability and support across the organization supporting the management team in business intelligence decision making.

Accurately manage A / P, A / R, expense approvals, all KPI dashboards, timesheets, payroll and provide financial reporting support to the executive team.

Create and manage budgets for the organization.

Human Resources & Culture (20%) - Support the organizations' growth initiatives through recruiting and selecting top talent.

Bring the best candidates to management by pre-screening and coordinate the hiring process for the hiring team. Wow new hires and keep our team moving forward by managing new hire onboarding, providing logistical support to department managers in managing employee training, performance and reviews.

Accountable for all timely completion of employee review cycles. Perform hiring, firing & team management administration.

Office Management, Meetings & IT Support (15%) - Create a consistent experience for all office users. Facilitate all internal meetings using the EOS system and be the primary person accountable for the VTO.

Act as the primary admin for all software systems and act as the IT person for the office supporting the network, office users and troubleshooting.

  • Culture Leadership (10%) - Help create an award-winning culture by supporting the logistics of company-wide culture enhancing events, employee and organization celebrations, display of successes and victories and overall company fun.
  • Travel Logistics & Scheduling Support (10%) - Support our team by arranging and coordinating flights, car / truck reservations, lodging and labor for drivers and the CEO.

Manage the CEO's personal and professional calendar.

  • Organizational Development (10%) - Identify new opportunities to better serve our customers & team, provide support to company-wide initiatives and strategies, act as a primary member of the management team and support person to the CEO with an emphasis on strategic decision making for the company, present quarterly on departmental progress and metrics.
  • Inter-Departmental Support (5%) - Provide backup support to the operations and client services teams.

This role reports directly to the CEO.

The work environment :

The role will be a flexible work from home with the potential of a co-working space available locally within Managua. The ideal candidate will have the ability to travel to Portland OR USA quarterly to participate on our quarterly strategic summits and create connections with the team on the ground.

Goal posts :

The ideal Office Manager will play an instrumental role in taking our office flow and organization to the next level, they will :

  • Increase applicant flow and reduce onboarding time to support Operations in achieving an increase to customer reviews and item care.
  • Create greater data consistency and transparency within operations and accounting having all numbers within our existing dashboard systems completed on time with 100% accuracy.
  • Transition the field and office teams to a mobile forms system increasing data consistency, speed of availability and data gathering capabilities.
  • Partner with our department managers to create a new employee performance review cycle and implement a company-wide regular meeting process.
  • Organize and document the organizations policies and procedures, creating a central repository for staff member decision making, increasing consistency and organizational transparency.

This position has the opportunity to grow into a director or executive position as a member of the C-suite.

Qualifications :

A qualified candidate for this role will exhibit the following :

  • Demonstrated experience and desire to be a key contributor to confidential collaboration and decision making at the executive level
  • Exceptional leadership & people management capabilities preferably in a heavy training and mentorship environment
  • A high-level of detail-oriented organizational style with the ability to manage other office staff and departmental managers' workflow
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks and payroll

Compensation :

Comprehensive compensation package of $2000 - $3000 per month plus benefits
