ACCOUNT MANAGER

Our Account Managers are responsible for developing long-term relationships with our client partners, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to ensure that their objectives are met, and functioning as a liaison between the Norton team and the client.

ACCOUNT MANAGER EXPECTATIONS :

  • Strategic approach to work
  • Function as a thought partner and collaborator with the client
  • Determine creative best practices for client work, client presentations, meetings, status calls, reporting, etc.
  • Manage agency resources, coordinate timelines and budgets, and ultimately ensure programs are completed on time and on budget
  • Identify opportunities to further develop the business, and partner with sales to execute
  • Foster collaboration, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve excellence in their work
  • Analyze industry data and report on client business and competition.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to ensure their objectives are being met

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :

  • 3-7+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients at one time, recognize priorities and be solution oriented
  • Detail oriented and proactive communicator
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving-and decision-making skills; able to drive decisions and ensure progress in the face of obstacles
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to increase knowledge and skills
  • Experience in the food service industry a plus
  • Experience working with a creative team
  • Experience leveraging insights to build and manage social media / digital marketing communications campaigns
