Our client has a need for a Temporary Administrative Assistant. The assignment would be for 2 months.
Temp Administrative Assistant job duties :
Communication via phone :
- Contacting landlord to receive move in dates for clients
- Contacting landlord / clients to receive date received unit keys
- Contacting clients and previous landlord for move out dates
- Contacting landlords to submit signed HAP Contract and executed lease
- Negotiating move in / move out dates for HAP payments
- Verifying lease end dates with previous landlord
Communication via email :
- Receiving signed HAP Contracts and executed lease
- Forwarding documents to assigned case worker
Documenting and tracking :
- Documenting date unit passed inspection
- Documenting date of notice to vacate
- Documenting date last HAP payment
- Documenting contact information for new landlord
- Tracking HAP Contract workflow : date HAP contract sent to Landlord; phone call to receive signed contract
