Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. As a Senior Nurse Practitioner, you will provide direct patient care in various medical settings, including nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and home settings.
You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing nursing care plans, providing health education, and collaborating with the patient care team to ensure quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments of acute and non-acute clinical problems
- Develop and implement patient management plans
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
- Refer patients for consultation when necessary
- Participate in patient care rounds and conferences
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet patient care needs
Requirements :
- ARNP or similar advanced degree in Nursing
- Current Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Board certification by AANP or ANCC preferred
- Current DEA number from the DEA for schedule II-V controlled substances may be required
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
