Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Communications Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to work with an industry leading team on several initiatives aimed at improving and digitizing processes and procedures.
Works with client representative to develop and coordinate internal and external communications, standard operating procedures, document management and storage, training documentation and coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Strategic communications and incorporating change management principles to support organizational transformation
- Developing branded communications toolkits, including PowerPoint slide decks
- Developing templates to support standardized methods of communicating with the public
- Developing social media communications strategy and managing social media channels
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and public communications using tools like Everbridge
- Support the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for both the Bus and Rail sections.
- Ensure that procedures align with regulatory standards while promoting operational excellence.
- An attention to detail and thorough approach in maintaining high standards for 24 / 7 Operations.
- Spearhead the digitization of form usage by creating SharePoint forms. By replacing outdated paper-based processes with efficient digital solutions, you will streamline workflows and enhance productivity across the organization.
- Conduct, manage, and support the streamlining training courses by working with SMEs.
- Customer and employee communications, preferably in the field of transit operations.
- Communications and incorporating change management.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring :
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, or in a related Field Accounting, Finance, Business, IT or related degree (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working with SharePoint
- Experience leading or facilitating training courses and course materials
- Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to administer a variety of activities simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills; and
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (all applications, including Visio).

Salary Range :
