Residential Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and creating strategic initiatives to promote our mission and educate key stakeholders on the features and benefits of our residential services.

Responsible for developing and maintaining community relationships with current and future referral sources across multiple states.

The Account Manager is responsible for the development of the facilities census through direct referral source interaction in an effort to facilitate access to services.

When necessary, may assist with obtaining information, medical records etc. from the referral source to ensure eligibility and to help the residential team evaluate for level of care.

Job Duties Include- Coordinate and maintain up to date market info Communicate and educate patients, families and consumers on products and services Work with community agencies to generate positive relationships and encourage referrals Establish contacts and networks in the community Serve as a professional liaison for the company Coordinate referral, assessment and admissions process with appropriate staff Other duties as assigned Qualifications BA Degree in Marketing or related 4 years experience with sales and marketing in healthcare, behavioral healthcare preferred.
