Job Description :
My Gym is currently hiring a children’s fitness coach / instructor. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for helping meet monthly team goals.
If you like working with a team, My Gym is a place for you. Our team members making working feel like playing.
Position Requirements :
- Ability to work hard and play hard, including some weekends would be nice.
- Highly energetic
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with children
- Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
- Effective leadership and motivational skills
- Effective time management
- Adept sales skills
- Clean background check
Compensation :
The average trained staff member earns $10 to $15 per hour in the Gym with opportunities to earn as much as $30 per hour.
