We are seeking an Operations Manager for our client who is a leading professional firm in the Manchester NH area. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a focus on continuous improvement to enhance productivity and drive business goals.
Key Responsibilities : Leadership & Management : Supervise and mentor operational staff to ensure a high-performing team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Strategic Planning : Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making.Process Optimization : Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.Budget Management : Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Monitor expenditures and optimize resource allocation.Project Management : Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.Compliance & Safety : Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Promote a safe working environment and implement safety protocols.Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with overall business strategy.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on progress and challenges.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
