Facilities Engineer - Security Clearance Required

The following is a pre-award opportunity to provide guidance in a classified environment protecting some of our valuable national assets.

Please note this is pre-award :

Direct the facilities operations and maintenance at each site including but not limited to : engineering, central plant, fire protection / life safety, security, telecommunications, conference center, cafeteria, 0&M, ground services, construction, renovations, and custodial Provide technical support to site operations.

Interpret and implement maintenance policy and procedures.

Experience :

8-10 years of experience supporting projects of similar size, scope, and complexity, with 8 of the 10 years having focus on mechanical or electrical engineering.

Professional certification / registration. Knowledge of process improvement models (e. g., LEAN / Six Sigma, ISO 9000)

Experience providing high quality customer service

Experience building and sustaining high performing integrated teams

Experience in managing 0&M, construction / renovation projects

Experience planning and implementing large-scale capital improvement projects

Experience with integrating project schedules

Experience providing high quality customer service

Experience with integrating project schedules

Experience / familiarity with Power Plant design / high voltage system operations

Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to : project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics

Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) concepts of operation, and electrical generation procedures

Knowledge of US. Government exercise or crisis management communities and experience planning, coordinating and executing support to special events

Familiarity with 24 / 7 operational environment

US Citizenship Required

Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility required
