Job Description
We're excited to announce we are hiring a Branch Sales Counter Associate. Shift is Monday - Friday and some Saturday's occasionally.
All new hires will undergo a background check and drug screen prior to start date. Carrier is an equal opportunity employer.
- Counter sales- Greet customers, order equipment in computer, track parts for customers and communicate updates to customers.
- Keep showrrom clean and organized.
- Check in new equipment as it arrives, check new equipment for damages, reorder supplies to ensure branch stays stocked.
- Answer phone, place phone orders, troubleshoot and answer any questions customers may have.
- Responsible for promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
- Provide superior customer service to our customers.
- Provide counter sales support for our showroom / parts stores.
