Administrative Assistant
Job Description
- Responsible for following, reporting, and assisting with the daily administrative and operating procedures for the customer service department.
- Support all authorized personnel in timely and accurate order entry, order confirmations with estimated shipping dates, and review of EDI orders.
- Provide order status updates, shipping information, and tracking of shipments when requested.
- Authorize return goods using the approved procedure. Determine if a product is to be returned to the Kallista warehouse or field destroyed with proper management approval.
Ensure that the proper re-stocking fees are charged back to the customer.
- Enter commercial & hospitality job purchase orders that reference the approved quote. Work with the warehouse to ship the product when the job site is ready to release the product.
- Proactively work with the supply chain to confirm lead times and provide our top customers with open order reports.
- Provide support to the customer service department with data entry and minor reporting.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- 2+ years of office experience (administrative, customer service,
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
This position will be onsite in Kohler, WI, with an option for hybrid work after training
