Responsibilities
- Create and enforce project schedules and budgets; confidently communicate with team and clients when schedule or budget adjustments are necessary.
- Act as a communication hub for project team, partners, vendors, and clients.
- Set and manage expectations for the team and client.
- Adept at setting and managing client and team expectations in relation to project deliverables, scopes, budgets, timelines
- Ability to lead client meetings and provide concise feedback and next steps post-meeting both internally and externally
- Set up and maintain projects using software tools such as Kantata.
- Ensure the quality of the information / communication.
- Coordinate approvals and finalization process for timely, error free work.
- Adept at problem solving and / or knowing who to go to for help.
- Manage multiple projects and make day-to-day decisions to ensure their success.
- Supportive of team, collaborative
- Ability to use agency systems and follow established processes and workflow.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience as a project manager in an agency setting or comparable is helpful.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Knowledge of resource management software and project management tools. Proficiency with Kantata is highly valued.

Anticipated Salary : $70,000 to $80,000
Commensurate with experience and depending upon the workplace location.
