Techneaux is currently looking for a full-time senior level Control System Architect or automation specialist to join our Industrial Control Systems (ICS) team.

Requirements :
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on project scoping and design
- Write custom PLC Ladder Logic
- Develop HMI Screens
- Configure RTU’s & Flow Computers
- Configure wireless radios
- Mentor less experienced team members on projects
- Documentation creation (IO List, Cause & Effect Chart, control description, etc.)
- Ability to design automation panels and send info to drafter for panel drawings
- Install automation system at various customer locations
- Commission newly installed automation systems
- Provide troubleshooting services as needed for customers
What you will need to be successful in this role :
- Five years of PLC / RTU Progamming is required
- Available and willing to travel as required, including out-of-state and overnight travel (estimated 50%)
- Extensive knowledge with ladder, function block, & structured text PLC programming languages
- Extensive knowledge with various HMI & PLC platforms such as Allen Bradley, Beijer, Red Lion, Siemens, & Modicon
- Extensive knowledge with various RTU’s & Flow Computers such as Emerson ROC’s, ABB TotalFlow’s, & Scadapack
- Knowledge of field installations and components used for installations
- Knowledge of various field instruments
- Knowledge of various wireless radio manufacturers such as Xetawave & Freewave
- Knowledge of Upstream Oil & Gas processes
- Knowledge of Water / Wastewater processes
- Ability to read panel & field schematics
- Ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal oversight
- Great customer communication skills
