We’re looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and a warm demeanor to join our team as a Guest Service / Hotel Reservationist.
No prior experience is necessary we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed! Responsibilities : Manage Reservations : Handle hotel reservations, respond to inquiries, make bookings, and confirm room availability.
Guest Interaction : Communicate with guests via phone, email, and in person, addressing reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
Check-In / Check-Out Assistance : Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out process, addressing any special requests or concerns.
