Talent Acquisition Specialist job activities include :
- Facilitate full-cycle recruitment efforts
- Create a first-class experience for all applicants
- Design creative job postings and develop advertising avenues to attract great candidates
- Partner / coach hiring managers on selecting top talent
- Implement supervisor interview and selection training
- Support staffing and department growth plans
- Execute pipeline strategies
- Represent Chapa-De at career fairs & community events
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects
- Directly impact people's career path. Impact patientcare by delivering a talented, compassionate workforce

Qualifications :
- Two years of full cycle recruitment experience and at least 4 years professional experience
- Healthcare and in-house recruitment experience highly desired
- Workforce planning & in-house recruitment experience highly desired
